Anna was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, but moved to Orlando to work for SLU. Anna's SLU Journey began the summer before her junior year of high school, when she attended both 101 and 201 and then 301 the following summer. SLU completely changed the trajectory of Anna’s life. She took ownership of her faith, fell more in love with the Lord and learned how to lead herself and others well. At 101, Anna discovered her passion for making a difference in the lives of orphans and later in her college years, developed a heart for women’s issues as well. She stayed involved with SLU in college by being an Ambassador for two years.
Anna graduated from Berry College with a degree in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. During her time at Berry, she worked as an event coordinator for the campus media association, was the assistant coordinator of the Campus Scheduling Office and served as Senior Class President. Anna wakes up everyday grateful to serve with the organization that changed her life.
Whether she is hiking in the mountains or catching a sunset on the beach after work, she loves being outside in God’s creation during her free time.
