Mike’s ministry passion can be expressed in two words “reproduce reproducers!” Taken from 2 Timothy 2:2, He has a burden for evangelism, discipleship and the development of future leadership. He carries out this passion through a diversified ministry of discipleship, preaching, teaching and writing.
Mike has co-author several books, including Where Was God When, The Greenhouse Project and has written the Where Do I Go from Here?: An Interactive Discipleship Series. He continues an ongoing writing ministry and maintains a full travel schedule preaching both nationally and internationally in churches, youth events, leadership conferences, colleges and seminaries.
Mike’s formal education includes a B.A. degree in Bible from Tennessee Temple University, as well as graduate work done through Columbia Theological Seminary and a Master of Ministry Degree from Baptist Bible Seminary. He has served with Word of Life Fellowship since 1974 in several roles including Director of Word of Life Island and Vice President of Local Church Ministries. He presently serves as Executive Assistant to the President.
Mike makes his home in Schroon Lake, New York, with his wife, Betsi. They have three grown children: Misty (with the Lord), Joshua (granddaughter, Misty Arden) and Caleb.
