During the summer before Sarah's sophomore year in high school, her life began a new chapter. This was her first experience at SLU 101 in Orlando, FL. Since that first experience, to the ensuing and amazing journey that took her to places like our nation's capitol, the beaches of Normandy, and the Via Dolorosa, she has thanked the Lord for paving the way for her to find her purpose and identity in Him. She was privileged to serve on summer staff for SLU before coming on full-time. Sarah cares deeply about students and loves conversations revolving around their biggest, out-of-this-world dreams. She has cherished all of her relationships formed through SLU, and is so excited to continue developing the next generation's world-changing leaders of today!
Sarah has lived most of her life near the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. She's obsessed with both the beach and mountains (from her summer in Colorado Springs working for Focus on the Family), and honestly can't choose which is better most of the time.
She recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication. During her time there, she was a proud member of the track and field team and a barista at the campus coffeehouse. If you are ever in Orlando and see a crazy girl running down I-drive in 90 degree heat, it’s probably her. She’s absolutely in love with Jesus, and feels closest to Him when spending time in His creation!
